Custom Order Process
- We will contact you via the phone # or email address provided with any questions regarding your order request.
- A mockup of your item will be provided for your approval prior to production. You will be allowed 2 revisions to the mockup. Any additional revisions will incur a $10 fee.
- Please note, due to size and space constraints, all provided information may not be included in your design.
- Please allow 14 days from approval of mockup for completion
- All custom items are final sale and non-refundable, unless there is an error on our part.
